List of Frequently Asked Questions
Is it time to replace my roof?
We recommend replacing your roof after its 15th birthday, even if your roof still works properly. Waiting too long to replace your roof could cause structural damage, leaks, ultimately draining your wallet. Call us immediately at (877)-330-3301 if you notice any of the following:
- Missing shingles
- Shingles that are damaged, blistered, warped or curled
- Algae, mold, or granular loss
- Ceiling stains
- Damaged or missing flashing
Most insurance companies won’t reimburse you if your roof is more than 20 years old, when the aging process takes its greatest toll. Replacing your roof is the best preventative measure to keep the structure of your building intact.
What types of roof replacement and repair do you provide?
We work with new roof construction, renovations, roof repair and replacements for commercial and residential properties, and also service multi-family and property managed apartments and HOA buildings. Our roofing experts are skilled at installing the following:

We will work with you from start to finish on all projects. You’ll receive regular updates on your projects from a dedicated project manager. We oversee a successful project completion from start to finish and don’t stop until you’re completely satisfied with our results.
Will my insurance cover the costs?
Roof damage can go undetected for years without a proper roofing inspection. If you suspect your roof has sustained damage from wind, hail, lightning, or your roof has wear and tear from aging, we can set up a professional consultation.
Most likely, your insurance will cover roofing damage as an “Act of God”, referring to natural disasters like fires, earthquakes, and storms, and any event covered as a peril.
Insurance doesn’t normally cover damage caused by wear and tear, but we do provide financing if you’d like to have more breathing room to pay for the repairs if extensive enough.
Can YOU Replace my gutters too?
Yes. We specialize in installing and replacing gutters with aluminum, which has many lightweight, durable properties to protect landscaping, foundations, and plants safe from runoff after a rainy day. We also install seamless gutters which require very low maintenance compared to sectional gutters.
How do I choose a qualified roofing contractor?
The best roofing contractors show concrete examples of some of their past work and the customers they’ve helped over the years. They follow the most stringent standards in roof repair and roof replacement. Roofing contractors with an established reputation also go through the effort of getting certified with some of the most respected roofing manufacturers in the industry like GAF.
How long will my new roof last?
Your new roof should last up to 15 or 20 years depending on the type of materials used and the quality of the installation. With proper maintenance, you can extend the life of your roof and benefit from the GAF Lifetime Roofing System Warranty.
Should I do all the work myself?
We strongly advise completing roofing projects by yourself. Our roofing professionals take safety precautions to avoid serious injury. Resist the temptation to do all the work by yourself and rely on professional roofing contractors with the experience and expertise to complete the job properly the first time.
What’s causing my roof to leak?
There isn’t a singular cause of roof leaks. Your roof could deteriorate from age, weather changes, and humidity fluctuations. Some of the shingles on your roof might be missing. Clogged gutters and inadequately sealed vents might be the cause of your problem. The only way to be sure of the exact cause is to have a professional assessment completed.
